Boot camp is finally over after four weeks. It's hard to believe, but we actually overcame the difficulties that our back-to-back projects on the side hustle put us through. Here we are submitting the cohort 6.0 boot camp's final assignment. To be honest, we had two weeks to finish the task, but nobody was prepared to utilize their brains during the break because we had been given a week off to fully celebrate the festive period. Our mission was to "Carry out SEO and Content Audit on your blog using seoptimer.com and have an SEO score of 90 by the end of the week"

Anyway, we started our Google Meet meetings as soon as the new year break had ended to determine what we were expected to accomplish. Everyone used seoptimer.com to conduct the audit, but since the results weren't provided to us in a numerical format, it wasn't clear what we needed to know.

We made the decision to focus on what we understood as our weaknesses, which included the absence of social media accounts and adequate internal links on our website. We had a limited amount of time, and we started to regret every break we took. Thought it would be simple, but getting an SEO score of 90% requires a lot of effort. Linking would be a waste of time because we didn't even know what was essential. We argued that external linking was the issue, and we ultimately chose to remove them and reduce links from outside sources, although this would not be of any use. Think about it, if we removed the links that lead readers to the sources of our featured images, then we would be accused of plagiarism at the practical year of our career? Nobody should risk that.

We finally decided to raise our social media score. We assigned each of us a task and got to work. Once again, we would have begun sooner if we had known. After all was said and done, we managed to receive a C for our social score, which is amazing considering the short amount of time we had. We were unable to obtain a numerical evaluation, but we think the A+ SEO audit speaks for itself.

The bootcamp offered by Side Hustle, which will soon become Terra, has finally come to an end after our journey for a month. This is our chance to express our gratitude to each and every one of you for providing us the opportunity to experience what it's like to be a digital marketer and a content creator.

Saying we never encountered challenges as a team would be a lie; keeping the entire team together for a month was really challenging. Together, we had a lot of ups and down, but that only contributed to get us ready for what's to come. I'm sure everyone picked up a new skill or two. We all became aware of our potential as a team and our capacity for endurance. Apart from that, Side hustle has shown us skills we didn't know we have. We accomplished feats we had no idea we were capable of, and hopefully this marks the start of our larger successes.

Here’s the result of our site analysis:
